We offer various shipping options. In some cases, a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?

In the case of regular shipping, we seek to deliver your item within 7–13 business days. This covers the processing time and delivery time. Depending on the location, it might vary a little. The delivery process occasionally takes a little longer. While placing your order, look under a product to see the anticipated delivery date.

We do not offer international shipping.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL AN ORDER?

Yes, if you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 24 hours. If you placed a paid order, you will get your refund through your original payment method within 3 to 7 working days. Please be aware that after the mentioned time, we are unable to cancel it. You are requested to wait for your ordered product to arrive. You can keep the product if you wish to or you simply can return it for a replacement or refund through the website. Please do not decline the delivery since it may have an impact on your history if you do so.
