Exchange Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you have received your order with a manufacturing defect or received a product with the wrong size, print or colour, we will consider that product for exchange.

Exchanges:

All exchange requests must be placed within 24 hours of the delivery date. All exchangeable items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Exchange Process:

Make sure to record a product unboxing video for future reference. In case of exchanges of "Damaged/Wrong Product" contact us with your unboxing video within 24 hours.

In case of the wrong mobile covers include a mobile fitting video as well.

Place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Exchange shipping charges will be paid by us.
